Congress ladies introduce decision calling for criticism and resignation of Marjorie Taylor Greene

Democratic Congressmen Nikema Williams (GA) and Sara Jacobs (CA) will pass a resolution to reprimand MP Marjorie Taylor Greene and demand her resignation.

Rep. Williams said: "Congressman Greene's comments and actions are dangerous, unpatriotic and a clear threat to any member of Congress. It would be irresponsible for us to allow her to use the 'People's House' as a platform to spread discredited conspiracy theories that only kindle the flames of hatred and violence. This is the same rhetoric that provoked the lawlessness we saw during the terrorist attack on January 6. We must do everything we can to prevent similar events from ever occurring again. Congressman Greene should resign immediately so that her seat can be filled by someone who believes in upholding the Constitution and the mission of this legislature to serve all people without harming them. "

Essentially, Rep. Greene is a domestic terrorist elected to the US House.

Rep. Jacobs said the Capitol is unsafe while Greene is there: "We saw on Jan. 6 what can happen when elected leaders use their positions of public trust to promote and encourage violence. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has repeatedly shown her support for the execution of Democratic Party leaders, and her presence in Congress is a threat to our democracy, our institutions, and the safety of everyone who works in the Capitol. As someone experienced in post-conflict environments, I know that it is imperative that we act quickly to hold them accountable, and I am proud to present this resolution with Congressman Williams. "

Taylor Greene is not going to resign, and there is no signal from House Republicans that they intend to do anything to hold them accountable. At least four members of Congress have raised safety concerns about Taylor Greene.

It will likely take criminal charges to get her out of the house since Republicans are fine to have a domestic terrorist in their caucus.
