"He's not a good loser," Ivana told the president's People Magazine. "He doesn't like to lose, so he will fight and fight and fight."
Ivana said her three children with Trump – Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric – are "fine". That being said, as her mother, she added that she is ready to see them leave this chapter in her life and join Washington D.C. leave.
"I just want them to be able to lead their normal life – normal life," said Ivana. "Not life in Washington and all that, just in New York or wherever they will be and just lead their normal lives."
"I think they enjoyed being with Donald, holding the elections and seeing what will happen, but now – thank goodness – it's over," she added. "I'm not sure what you're going to do."
