Trump talks about friendship with Limbaugh
Trump delved deeper into this in an interview with Fox News on Wednesday.
"I called him three or four days ago," said Trump. “His fight was very, very brave and he was very, very sick and from diagnosis. It was just something you couldn't beat, but you wouldn't know. "
Trump went on to say Limbaugh "told me he was married to an angel".
“Every time I talked to him, he told me how great she was. She took such care, "said the former president. “He was very brave – I mean, theoretically he could really have finished four months ago. He only fought to the end. He was a fighter. "
Trump went on to talk about what Limbaugh thought of these past presidential elections.
“Rush thought we won. And so do I. I think we won a lot. And Rush thought we won, ”said Trump. “Rush felt so strong. And a lot of people do it, a lot of professionals do it. And I don't think that could have happened to a Democrat, there would have been riots everywhere … But Rush felt like we won and he was pretty angry about it, pretty angry. "
