Mitch McConnell says ACB's SCOTUS endorsement was a "great birthday current" for Hillary Clinton

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) humiliated double-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton this week when he described Amy Coney Barrett's Supreme Court confirmation as a "wonderful birthday present" for the former Secretary of State.

McConnell humiliates Clinton

Clinton turned 73 on Monday, the day Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed in the country's highest court.

During a campaign freeze in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, on Wednesday, McConnell rubbed salt into Clinton's wound by saying the proud Conservatives' endorsement was a "wonderful birthday present" for them.

"It was a wonderful birthday present for Hillary Clinton to confirm Amy Coney Barrett in the Supreme Court on Monday night on her birthday," said McConnell. "Oh, I'm sure she was so grateful, so grateful."

Clinton triggers a tantrum

This must have hit Clinton right where it hurt, given that on her birthday she went on Twitter to rant about how angry she was that Barrett was going to be on the Supreme Court.

"It is an insult to the American people that the GOP is slamming through a Supreme Court Justice in just eight days to the end of an election that has already seen nearly 60 million people voting," she tweeted.

Barrett was clearly living rent-free in Clinton's mind on her birthday because she tweeted about her again later that day.

"Senate Republicans have just pushed through a Supreme Court Justice that will help them take away health care from Americans in the middle of a pandemic," she tweeted. “It's a victory for them. Vote them. "

House Republicans Troll Clinton

Just minutes before Clinton's tweet was posted, Republicans tweeted the Justice of the House: "Amy Coney Barrett, confirmed. Happy Birthday @HillaryClinton! ”

Clinton never got over the fact that she lost to Trump in 2016. In her eyes, she should have been president for the past four years, and she should have had the option to appoint three radical Democrats to the Supreme Court during her tenure in the White House.

Fortunately, we don't live in Hillary Clinton's world. Instead, we live in a reality where Trump is President and he will hopefully stay in the White House for another four years!
