MP Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and the rest of her radically liberal "team" are now on a winning lap after President Joe Biden took a series of measures from the climate executive.
Tlaib "delighted" with the actions of Biden Climate Executive
In an interview with MSNBC on Wednesday, Tlaib said she was "pleased" to see that the "principles and values of the Green New Deal" created by her "squad" are included in Biden's Climate Executive Orders.
"I think it's a bold first step to ensure that our next agenda for the next year, four years, is focused on environmental justice issues that are critical to my district," she said of Biden's executive action.
Tlaib took a large part of the credit what Biden does for herself and her "troupe".
"I think the Green New Deal is going nowhere and, if anything, I am delighted to see that much of the principles and values of the Green New Deal are contained in this executive order from President Biden," she said.
Tlaib ominously added that the Green New Deal “has put pressure on and continues to push many of my colleagues, including the President, to a much more aggressive approach, and I think a timely approach to addressing the fact that we don't have it right now no clean water and no clean air in our country. The $ 1.2 trillion plan is already being criticized for how expensive it is and what American jobs it will cost at a time when Americans need jobs more than ever.
West Virginia Republican attorney general Patrick Morrisey said Biden's plan would "destroy" the economy as the US struggles to recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
“What we're seeing in the first week of the Biden administration is that the president is really bringing a wrecking ball to many states that have oil, gas, coal, and manufacturing contracts – that's going to really work badly, especially as The American Economy emerges from COVID-19, a pandemic, ”Morrisey told Fox News.

He added that "Biden goes much further" than Barack Obama ever did.
"I think he really kicks the American people when things go badly economically, and it's not a message of unity he's been talking about," added Morrisey.
