A Texas sheriff claimed on Fox News Channel's "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that the Biden government would release illegal immigrants into the interior of the United States without COVID testing.
Sheriff A.J. Jackson County's Louderback spoke out to Tucker after the host asked him if illegal immigrants released to the United States after their imprisonment would be tested.
The sheriff said yes:
"It's absolutely true. In fact, if I can go on, Tucker, the memo, the memo that I got last week, it's essentially a defunding of the ICE by memo, by a memorandum that is on the 20th or Sent January 21st by David Borkowski is a particularly devastating document for Texans and Americans here in the United States.
Sheriff Louderback's memo, mentioned in his reply, was sent by then-incumbent Minister of Homeland Security, David Pekoske, on the day of his inauguration on January 20, 2021.
I can't fly to the US without showing a negative virus test, but Pres Biden lets people who have crossed the border illegally do so without testing. Does that protect our citizens?

He said the memo addressed to CBP (Customs and Border Protection), ICE, and USCIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services) essentially ties the hands of these immigration authorities.
The sheriff stated, “This is a particularly devastating document for Texans and Americans here in the United States. When I read and look at it, it sends a message to the world that you can come here illegally, commit crimes against Americans here, and remain illegal. "
At a time when the US and the rest of the world are still facing a global pandemic, the sheriff, like all Americans, was particularly concerned that the very important problem of COVID testing had been overlooked.
“The COVID problem (becomes) during this time. So, like many Americans and Texans, I am fighting a thought process about how a government can behave this way, ”Sheriff Louderback said.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been many news articles about illegal immigrants fearful of being tested for COVID for fear of being identified and deported.

Back to the lawlessness of the Obama era
Sheriff Louderback also said that this was not the first time America has gone down the road of lax immigration enforcement. "We went this way from 2008 to 2016," he said.
The sheriff stated that the policy was very similar to the Priority Enforcement Program in 2014 and 2015 during the Obama administration.
In his interview, Sheriff Louderback gave a very grim look at American security for at least the next four years.
“Every peace commissioner in the United States should be extremely concerned about the attitude, the lawlessness and the total elimination of the law.
We have a complete repeal of the law applicable here. We will allow our ICE officers, USCIS, to all be affected by this memo that the INA is disembowelling and handcuffing them so they cannot respond. In law enforcement here, those of us who are not responsible for enforcing federal law have created a situation that is unthinkable to the public. "
In the first three months of fiscal year 21, encounters with border guards with illegal migrants increased by 178% compared to the same period last year.

Immigration under Joe Biden
New guidelines from the Biden administration include homeland security guidelines that mean fewer arrests and deportations for drug crimes, DUIs, and low-ranking assailants, scammers and thieves.
Sheriff Chuck Jenkins of Frederick County Maryland says that deportation traditionally takes detective stories into account.
With fewer arrests for these types of crimes, those who may have committed crimes can walk on the streets.
Those who come into the country across the southern border don't just come from Mexico and Central America.
Eleven Iranian citizens were recently arrested in Arizona, and there is evidence that Chinese drug masters are helping Mexican drug cartels smuggle fentanyl and other substances across the border.
The new guidelines differ greatly from the guidelines of the Trump administration.
