The Oath Guardian chief receives a conspiracy lawsuit, certainly one of 4 members of the group who’ve to this point been arrested

Caldwell wasn't the only member of the Oath Keepers, typically police and military recruits, who walked through the door of the Capitol. Propublica has compiled a stream of videos that have been published on the Parler social media platform. This video shows several members of the group bragging about their entry into the Capitol.

Some of these members – Jessica Watkins, Jon Schaffer and Donovan Crowl – have now been arrested for, among other things, forced entry, disorderly conduct, interruption of government proceedings and acts of violence against a person. Watkins, Shaffer, and Crowl are also members of the Ohio State Regular Militia.

In addition to the Oath Guards, members of "three percent" groups were known to have been involved in the uprising along with Boogaloo Boys and other white supremacist groups. The arrest of members of these groups can expressly take longer as they involve investigating the conspiracy and sharing information and plans between a large group.
